All express options are subject to stock for orders placed before 04:30 pm and are dependent on the courier so are not guaranteed.

Directly underneath the place where you enter your password, there is a link called ‘Forgotten password?’. Please click this link.

You will be prompted to enter your email address and follow the on-screen instructions to ‘send me my password’. We will email your password to you immediately.

When Will I Receive My Order?

95% of orders are delivered within 2-3 days, you will receive an order confirmation with a confirmed delivery date after placing your order and will be kept up to date daily with any changes or delays.

How Do I Create An Account?

Click on My Account in the top right-hand corner of the homepage, and enter your details to sign up.

I Am An Existing Customer of Fluid-Air, Will I Still Need To Create An Account?

If you already have an online account with Fluid-Air then we can set you up a new online account to be used on our Pneumatics site, all you will need to do is set up your own password.

Please send us an email at [email protected] and we will send a password link to you.

If this is the first time you will be shopping online with us, then you will need to create an online account with Pneumatics even if you previously purchased from Fluid-Air.

Can I Collect My Order?

You are more than welcome to collect your order from our trade counter. Please note not all items on the website are stocked at our premises. If you would like to collect and this isn’t something we have on-site we will call you as soon as the goods have arrived. If something is required urgently same day please call us on 01634 297298 and we will discuss the options available from our stock.

Do I Need An Account To Place An Order?

No, you do not need an account to make a purchase, you can place your purchase as a guest. If you do decide to register, you’ll save time in the future as you won’t have to enter your details each time you visit the site.

Can I Get A VAT Invoice For My Order?

All orders will have a VAT invoice sent as standard to the email address you provide when placing the order. If you require a copy or require this sent to another email address please get in touch and we will be happy to accommodate this.

Are You ISO-Certified?

Yes! We are ISO 9001 certified. Please get in touch if you would like a copy of our certificate for your records.

Can I Return An Item?

We can accept returns as long as we are notified within 10 days of delivery. For more information visit our Returns page.

What Couriers Do You Use?

We use a combination of DHL and FedEx for all our shipments. Any orders featuring tubing over 3 metres in length will always be sent via FedEx.
